the album was class

the production well i carnt comment on that there is nothing to comment on it was amazing(did mark one produce all the tracks ??)

the lyrics from the emmcees were deep

i will add - i feel there should have been some singers on the tracks, apart from that the album is great

album of the year, no questions.

every track is single material.

have played it to over 10 seperate people in my car (best way to play music, people have to put up with it to get free lift) and they have all loved it too.

some brilliant productions and i really like how you made a point to give each song an idea, but i thought this didnt work out for all of them as well as for others.

the big tunes for me are slow down, clockwork, taxman.

my main problems with it are the vynil mastering (too quiet) and the choruses come in a bit too often

Brilliant album all the way through - production, mastering and arrangement are top class, the balance is just right between the heavy tracks and the more laidback ones.I also reckon northern mcees lend themselves better to grime than their southern counterparts.- JEDEYE

Got to say that i never heard of Virus Syndicate until i got hold of the album sampler, even though it did'nt have full tracks on it i still played it over and over again. Went out and bought the album soon as it come out on both CD and record.

What can i say i think its the best Grime album out, glad to see they did'nt go down the commerical road like many people do. The beats and lyrics are amazing, nice dark and grimey the way i like my music.

Can't wait for the second album to come out. If you have'nt bought The Work Related Illness then your missing out big time.

Shout out to The Virus Syndicate, keep the good work up and hurry up with the second album!!!

Thank's for the feedback all comments will be taken into account! We have completed the next virus syndicate album and this should be landing late 2006 (otc/nov) and should be on planet mu! we have singers featuring on a couple of tracks and we like to think it is over all much better quality in sound and generally better material than the first lp. its still 100% grime and we're not diluting the sound but it is deffinetly more commersially viable without us trying to be!! cant wait till you lot get to hear it! 1
